  We believe regular team and company events are important for creating a fun community outside of work, too.

• Pizza break

  A sprint meeting may well take a few hours. We usually order copious amounts of pizza for lunch to keep the participants’ energy levels up.

• Dress code

  We don´t have a dress code. The main thing is for you to feel comfortable!

• Flexible work hours

  Whether you are an early bird or a late riser: We offer flexible work hours, so everybody can get to work motivated and well rested.

• Visa help

  We´ll be happy to help you with the visa application process and help you obtain a work permit and find a house/apartment.

• ProfiCard

  Surf Media offers its employees the opportunity to order public transportation tickets for Hamburg at reduced rates.

• Fruit

  We receive several boxes of fresh fruits every week. The fruits are available to all employees free of charge.

• Snack box and ice cream

  To satisfy the cravings of the chocoholics among us, we have a snack box with various sweets at the reception desk. And, when outside temperatures are on the rise, there ´ll be ice cream for everyone.

• Kitchens

  We have two spacious kitchens, each with two hot plates and a microwave oven to warm up a lunch. The adjacent staffroom invites you to have a meal together and take a break.

• Coffee

  It takes just the push of a button to get a freshly brewed coffee, latte or hot chocolate from our state-of-the-art coffee machine. And, of course, the tea aficionados among us can choose from a variety of teas.

• Ergonomic chairs and desks

  Each employee has his/her own work place with optimum conditions thanks to modern, ergonomic furniture. Desks and chairs are individually adjusted to the ideal height.

  With its special flair and maritime atmosphere, Hamburg is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. There is a large selection of restaurants, snack bars and shops close to our offices where you can buy lunch to recharge your batteries.

• An international team

  At our Hamburg offices, we currently have more than 100 employees from 15 different nations. You may look forward to open-minded, helpful colleagues who will welcome you to their team.

• Regular further training

  It is important to always be technologically up-to-date. We therefore support our staff expand their know-how and participate in specialized further education
